About Classic AI Group

What is Classic AI Group?

Classic AI Group is a business mentorship firm that works with service business owners generating $500K to $3M in annual revenue. We help owners improve profit margins, build operational systems, and reduce owner dependency so their business can grow without them in every role. Coaching is delivered nationwide via Zoom. The FRAP Chapter is our only in-person offering.

AI stands for Architect and Implement — the methodology and promise of the firm. Classic AI Group has no connection to artificial intelligence or technology. The name reflects what we do: we architect the foundation of your business and implement the systems that make it run.

Yes. Full mentorship engagements are delivered nationwide via Zoom. The FRAP Chapter is the only in-person option and meets bi-weekly in South Scottsdale, Arizona.

Classic AI Group was founded by Scott McQuade, a business owner and mentor who spent his career building service businesses and survived the 2008 recession by rebuilding from scratch. He founded Margie Mae’s Holiday Decor in 2009 and has coached service business owners for the past three years. Every engagement is handled personally by Scott.

Scott came up through a vocational technical electrical program and went on to build and operate multiple businesses including an electrical contracting company and a recurring monthly revenue pool cleaning and repair business. He also founded Margie Mae’s Holiday Decor, a luxury holiday decor firm in Arizona, in 2009. His coaching philosophy is shaped directly by his experience surviving the 2008 recession and rebuilding from a foundation of high margin focused business.

Scott was mentored personally by Chris Oakley through EntreLeadership in 2015. His thinking is also shaped by Josh Latimer’s in-the-trenches business building philosophy and Mike Michalowicz’s profit-first systems approach.

Most business coaches deliver frameworks, accountability check-ins, and general strategy. Classic AI Group is a mentorship firm. We diagnose your specific business, build the architecture that is missing, implement the profit systems with you, and stay until the results are real. The difference is not in what we know. It is in how long we stay.

Classic AI Group is an independent mentorship firm. We use FRAP as a profit methodology and may incorporate various business tools within engagements, but we are not affiliated with or dependent on any single platform or program. Every engagement is built around your specific business, not a platform curriculum.

Who We Work With

What type of business owner is Classic AI Group for?

Service business owners between $500K and $3M with teams in place who are not seeing the margin, clarity, or operational freedom their revenue should produce. The owner who is still the primary decision maker and bottleneck, whose team does not fully know the vision, and who has tried programs and courses without getting real lasting change.

Primarily service-based businesses including pool and pest control, lawn and weed control, holiday decor, floor cleaning, plumbing, electrical, window tinting, and recurring revenue companies of all kinds. If you have a real team and a real revenue base, the work translates.

The FRAP Chapter is typically the best starting point for owners generating $250K to $500K. It delivers the FRAP profit methodology in a group setting at a lower investment point and serves as a natural entry into the Classic AI Group ecosystem.

No. Most owners do not have a clear understanding of their true margin when we start. Understanding your real numbers is part of the first phase of the work.

No. Classic AI Group works with service business owners nationwide via Zoom. The FRAP Chapter is the only Arizona-based in-person offering, located in South Scottsdale.

The Coaching Engagement

What happens first when I start?

We begin with a full diagnosis of your business — margin, team structure, pricing, and operational gaps. We do not start at module one. We start where the bleeding is. Most owners gain meaningful clarity within the first 30 to 45 days.

This is mentorship, not a program. There is no curriculum, no modules, no PDFs. The work is customized based on your specific business, your specific ceiling, and your specific profit gap. Classic AI Group is not a program with an end date. It is a mentorship with a standard.

No. Every engagement is built around where you are. We follow the work, not a syllabus. The FRAP methodology is applied where your business needs it most — not in a predetermined order.

There is no fixed term. Engagements run as long as the work requires and are structured around measurable outcomes, not calendar dates. Classic AI Group stays until the work is done.

Many clients see early movement within the first 30 to 90 days. Deeper structural changes compound over time. The timeline depends on where the business is when we start and how quickly implementation moves.

Success is defined by measurable shifts in profit margin, average ticket value, owner operational freedom, and team alignment. If we cannot point to movement in at least two of these four areas the engagement is not complete. Classic AI Group should never be a cost line item. It should pay for itself many times over.

The full 1:1 mentorship engagement is custom priced based on scope and is discussed during the discovery call. There is no published rate because no two engagements are the same. The engagement is built around one standard: it should never feel like a cost to your business. It should pay for itself many times over.

A discovery call is a thirty to forty-five minute honest conversation about your business. There is no pitch or pressure. You will discuss where your business is, where you want it to go, and whether Classic AI Group is the right fit. If it is, Scott will tell you exactly how he would approach your engagement. If it is not, he will tell you that too.

The FRAP Chapter

What is The FRAP Chapter?

The FRAP Chapter is a bi-weekly in-person profit group for small business owners in the South Scottsdale and Tempe area generating $250K or more in annual revenue. It is built around the FRAP profit methodology — Frequency, Referrals, Average Ticket, and Price — and is led personally by Scott McQuade. It is the only in-person offering within Classic AI Group.

The FRAP Chapter is mentor-led and methodology-driven. Every session is built around the FRAP profit framework with direct instruction and implementation from Scott McQuade. A traditional mastermind is peer-led with no consistent methodology. The FRAP Chapter is a room with a mentor who has built and rebuilt real businesses, not just a room of peers.

The group is capped at 30 members, each from a unique service discipline. No two competing businesses in the same room. That is a commitment to the quality of the conversation, not a sales tactic.

The FRAP Chapter requires a one-time initiation investment of $899 and a monthly membership of $499. There is no long-term contract required.

Yes. Honest numbers are required for real progress. The FRAP Chapter is not a room for people who want to keep their business private. It is a room for owners who are ready to be honest about where they are so they can get to where they want to go.

No. The FRAP Chapter is intentionally in-person only. The room, the relationships, and the accountability are part of the value. If you are not in the South Scottsdale and Tempe area, the full 1:1 mentorship engagement is the right path and is available nationwide via Zoom.

Yes. Many owners use The FRAP Chapter as an entry point before moving into a full Classic AI Group 1:1 engagement. Some stay in The FRAP Chapter as a standalone engagement. Both are valid paths.

The FRAP Chapter is an entry point into the Classic AI Group ecosystem. Some members use it as a standalone engagement for years. Others eventually transition into a full 1:1 mentorship engagement when they are ready for deeper, customized work.
